In order to register and/or participate in any RCLUB SINGLES INC. event, you must agree to be bound by the legally binding terms and conditions set forth in this document. RCLUB SINGLES INC. reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. You are bound by any such revisions and your use of the site will be subject to the most current version of the Terms posted on the site at the time of such use. By registering for a RCLUB SINGLES INC. event you are registering your acceptance of the RCLUB SINGLES INC. Terms & Conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions.
RCLUB SINGLES INC. events are held at venues over which RCLUB SINGLES INC. and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured and/or suffer damages of any kind at a RCLUB SINGLES INC. event, you agree to release RCLUB SINGLES INC., its owners, employees and associates from any liability with respect thereof.
RCLUB SINGLES INC. will not be liable for lost or stolen articles during the event or articles left after the event. The act of registering for an event makes you solely responsible for your safety from the start through the completion of this event. You agree that, if intoxicated, you will not operate a motorized vehicle when or after leaving the event.
RCLUB SINGLES INC. is not a matchmaking service and we do not research, perform background checks or verify the personal details of the participants at the events. RCLUB SINGLES INC. will not be held liable and bears no responsibility for the character, actions and /or omissions of any person attending or anything that may occur at such events or subsequent meetings or communication between persons who initially meet at or by reason of a RCLUB SINGLES INC. event. It is up to you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. Please approach any contact with participants whom you meet at one of our events with the same caution you would use when meeting other people whom you do not know personally. By registering with RCLUB SINGLES INC. you agree that RCLUB SINGLES INC., its owners, its associates and employees is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in RCLUB SINGLES INC. services. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising out of communicating with other participants registered with RCLUB SINGLES INC. Such damages include, but are not limited to, physical, psychological and emotional damages, emotional distress or injury or bodily injury or harm.
As a registered participant of a RCLUB SINGLES INC. event you understand that RCLUB SINGLES INC. offers an opportunity for meeting new people but RCLUB SINGLES INC. does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. You provide your assurance that you are 19 years or older and that you are single. RCLUB SINGLES INC. is not responsible or liable for any damage, without limitation, resulting from use of the RCLUB SINGLES INC. websites.
RCLUB SINGLES INC. guests are required to give 72 hours notice of cancellation in order to have their registration changed to a different event. However, if you cancel after the 72 hours notice you will not receive a refund and you will not be placed in the next available event. All Payments are final and non-refundable. In the unlikely occurrence that a Rclub singles inc. event is cancelled we will offer a full refund for the cancelled event.
By signing up for a RCLUB SINGLES INC. event you give full permission to RCLUB SINGLES INC. to use any and all pictures taken by RCLUB SINGLES INC. RCLUB SINGLES INC. has consent to use any photos containing any person taken at a RCLUB SINGLES INC. event. These photos will be used solely for advertising purposes and will not be sold or redistributed under any conditions. RCLUB SINGLES INC. advertising includes, but is not limited to, their website, posters, television, flyers, internet, newspapers and more.
